How we book
We choose to book our clients directly other than automated to make the booking experience easier on your end. We do this so that if you have any questions regarding the service or anything else we are easily available then and there. We also chose to do this in order to schedule the appointments according the the city you are in to avoid driving back and forward between appointments. It also helps keep in contact the day of your appointment, giving you updates when starting the car before you as well as when we are on our way.
Deposits
Deposits are only needed when booking our bigger services. The services that do not require a deposit would be our washes, tho deposit may be requested if you are in out of service areas or if no shows have occurred in the past. Our deposit amount will vary on the service and are non refundable. Deposit will be able to roll over if reschedule is requested 72Hours prior to appointment. Other wise your deposit will be lost and a new deposit will be required for reschedule. This is due to the time we set aside for the appointment and if last minute cancellation occurred we are left with spots that may not be filled, so the deposit is there to fill in the spots left if cancellation happens.
What to expect prior to appointment
Out team might reach out to you the day before your appointment if it is your first time booking or if appointment was made weeks prior. We will keep you updated thorough text when we are starting on the car before you and when we are on our way.
What to expect for your appointment
Once we arrive our team is able to get right to it as we carry everything needed for the service. No water or electricity is needed on your end tho we might request an outlet during details or if there is one near by to make the process go by smoother and avoid using the generator. Once we are done you will receive a car looking better than ever!
