Service Agreement

Barrios Detailing Service Agreement

This agreement clarifies the agreement between you (referred to as, “Customer”, “Client”, or “you”) and Barrios Detailing (referred to as “Barrios Detailing”, “we”, “our”, or “us” ) and your obligations to us in relation to the service(s) you booked. By using our service you agree to the full terms of this agreement, without modification by you. By booking or using the services of Barrios Detailing you agree to the following terms:

Cancellation Policy

Because of the amount of time it takes us to complete the services we provide, a cancelation and reschedule has a negative effect  on us. For this reason if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment please do so at least 48 hours in advance so we can fill in the slots and avoid losing your deposit. We detail rain, shine, and through wind. The following terms and conditions apply to all appointments â€‹ 

  • We may arrive up to 1 hour before or after appointment

  • We require minimum 48 hour minimum notice for any cancelation or reschedule of any appointments 

  • Failure to provide key or no response will be considered a cancelation 

  • We reserve the rights to reschedule or cancel any appointment in accordance to weather, equipment failures, or staff issues

Access to Water or Electricity

We carry all water needed as well as generator to perform any needed job. Though we have all that is needed we may need to plug into an outlet especially during a detail to allow the service to run smoothly and not have to run the generator. We may also use your water to fill up a small bucket but it will not be used to wash your car as our water is filtered to prevent water spots. You are agreeing to allow us to use any outlet available as well as your water if needed.

Moving Your Vehicle

Customer will need to give access to vehicle during the service. we may need to move the car around. You are agreeing that if need be we are able to move the car around.

Pre-existing Conditions & Damages

Barrios detailing is not liable for any pre-existing damage that is on the car. We are professionals and take extreme precaution when working on any car. We have never had incidents where property has been damaged but if it was to ever occur we will let you know and cover the cost to fix the issue. By agreeing to the service you also agree that we are liable for any damage that was on the car prior to our arrival.

Detail Times

All of our details have assign time limits. Below are the time limits for the jobs excluding add-ons. Add-ons will be used to extend the time of the services listed below. The time will begin as soon as we check you in

 

- Base wash = 1 hour 

- Premium wash = 1-1.5 hours

- Vip Wash 1.5 = Hours

- Decked out wash = 1.5-2 hours

- Paint correction Small/Medium = 4 hour 

- Paint Correction Large/Xl = 4-5 hours

- Interior Details = 3 Hours

- Ceramic Coat = 6-7 hours

Terms of Service and Payment Agreement, Fees

The fee of our service will be provided to you at the day of booking as the total. The total is a results of the time required to complete the service and not of the outcome. We have the right to charge and extra 50$ /hour if the job exceeds the time listed above. This fee is to ensure that the outcome off the detail is above expectations and so that we are not compensating the end result to finish within the time needed. We will inform you before or during the process. We may also have an out of service fee if you are out of the typical service area. Our team will let you know at the time of booking if the fee will take place.

Quality of Service

Our goal is to provide the best service possible so that you are satisfied with the end result. No service offered is guaranteed to completely restore your vehicle to new or previous conditions. We will do our best within the frame of the service chosen by the client, time and resources. If you are unsatisfied with our service please let us know within a 24 hour period so that we can address the issue. Barrios Detailing will not be held liable for concerns after the 24 hours.

Feedback & Photos

Your feedback is always appreciated. We ask that you provide us with any feedback good or bad. Barrios Detailing also holds the rights to use any videos or pictures taken during our services for marketing purposes and to post on this website or any social media platforms. Your personal information will not be shown in the content.

I Understand That

  • By using our services you understand that we do not guarantee any specific outcome or result

  • The total amount is for the time required for the service and not for the outcome if the job

  • We hold the rights to charge a add-on of 50$ /hour on top of the cost if the detail does significantly exceeds the time of service

  • Barrios Detailing limits its liability to damage for the total dollar amount

  • Deposits are non refundable 

  • All sales are final
